about Toos membership
The Toronto Taxi Owner Operators’ Services Ltd. (TOOS) has operated for over 30 years as a management facility for single driver taxi owner/operator businesses. TOOS offers a variety of management services to members in good standing. It is made up exclusively of taxi owner operator vehicles. There are single and multi-driver vehicles in this program. Each member must meet the program criteria to be eligible to join and signs a membership agreement. The program is closely monitored and there are regular claims meetings with the automobile insurance carriers to review the claims experience.
